2011 New Training Programs announced. Our consultants closely worked with our customers and revised the contents of our training programs. Dr-Voice training programs now include scripting and simulation work-shops. Social media tools has been injected both call center and sales training programs. Our consultant Tayfun Turkalp has developed a new concept "3 D Sales techniques" and started delivering this training program. Iletikom also developed a new online software and service for call center's agents management. This service is managing effective performance appraisals at our consultancy customers.
